The cores are professionally formed spirally on the machinery ensuring a consistent high quality product throughout manufacture.
The cores are cut precisely and accurately to length on the digital knife unit, the cores can also be cut down to short lengths from 8mm, to a high accuracy, on our Falcon core re-cutter.
